There are multiple members of staff to help you at school, dependent on the nature of your query. However, we ask that all calls and emails come via the school office, who will then transfer you to the relevant person.

Our onsite parking is for staff only. We ask that parents park along Charles Street, with consideration for our neighbours and surrounding community.
Yes, your child can cycle if accompanied by an adult or if they have been given permission by you to cycle alone/with friends. All bicycles are left at their own risk and we recommend providing your child with a bike lock.
If you wish for a child to walk to and from school alone, we require a signed permission letter from somebody with parental responsibility. We will hold this information on their data collection sheet for reference.
We always promote healthy eating and encourage our parents to make healthy choices when putting together a packed lunch for their child. We have provided further information here.
We ask that parents should label all clothing that comes into school. If an item goes missing, your child must inform their class teacher and teaching assistant and also look in the lost property box. We cannot replace missing items so it is important that everything is named so your child can identify which items belong to them.
We offer support in the transition from primary to secondary school of your choice.
Due to our geographical location, our Year 6 pupils will move to various secondary schools across Halton.
Usually children join Reception class in the September before their 5th birthday. Please read our Admissions section here, or for further advice speak to our school office staff.
We do not allow toys in school.
Yes - please speak to a member of our office staff. Newsletters are always available on our school website or you can also request a paper copy from the school office.
We would discourage parents from trying to talk to a teacher in the morning as they are busy preparing for the school day.
We would advise you to speak to the teacher at the end of the school day after all the children have been dismissed. We can also make appointments in the school office for parents to see the class teacher or another member of staff.
We operate breakfast club from 7.30-8.30am, which is £2 per session and £1.50 per additional child.
We host a range of extra curricular activities after school. Please speak to the school office for information.
We encourage parents to get involved in various ways from attending trips to individual reading. If you feel that you could contribute to our school in any way, we welcome new ideas and contacts.

Your child's class teacher will organise dates and times for each child and advise families of the upcoming events.
We have worked to ensure our building is accessible through:
- The main building is accessible with easy access to both the main office entrance and the resource base entrance
- There are a number of accessible toilets for children and adults situated around the school, including a designated disabled toilet
- As a school, we are happy to discuss individual access requirements and we will make reasonable adjustments wherever possible. We carefully consider the layout and use of our building in relation to the needs of the individual child in order to meet their needs appropriately
