Values and Ethos

Our three core values are essential to the life of our school community.

Here they are set in order, starting with Children First. This indicates that all our actions, behaviour and decisions can be driven by a mind-set that everyone within Warrington Primary Academy Trust is working to raise the prospects and achievements of our children. We offer wider opportunities for children, through our robust curriculum offer. Our pupil's voices are valued and they are at the forefront of everything that we do.

Resilience comes from our determination and ability to overcome obstacles and solve problems, with the understanding that it is okay if things go wrong sometimes. We encourage all members of our school community to stay positive and when things do not work out, we try another way. At Kingsway, we work as a team, help each other and believe in ourselves.

Finally, Pioneering demonstrates that we are confident to try new approaches if the potential rewards will deliver benefits for all our children. We do so by implementing research based approaches to teaching and learning, and embrace innovative methods.
